The Carolina panthers represent the two states of North Carolina and South Carolina. The team for the past few years has been led by the the courageous play of the extremely athletic play from Cam Newton. For many years it was followed up by the witty attitude of Steve Smith, Greg Olsen and John Stewart. However, after many departures of the team, the Panthers have been searching for their identity. While other NFL teams have roster woes, the panthers seem to always have stars step up to the plate and excel with an unknown chemistry between a newer player and Cam Newton. The defense has been blessed with Luke, Davis and Peppers which lead a ferocious tenacity filled defense.
