Shipping & Refunds


PolkTheArtist appreciates your business and wants you to receive your items within a timely manner, which is why we ship out your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your purchase. We prefer to use UPS shipping rather than USPS, to ensure reliable tracking, and very fast shipping. All orders shipped will be covered with insurance for added security and piece of mind.

  • Any prints or originals purchased, will be processed and shipped within 2-3days of payment, and UPS tracking will be forwarded to your email address
  • Most shipping will be shipped by UPS, unless another shipping service is requested ( EX. Fed Ex)
  • Once item is shipped, it usually takes between 2-5 business days for national orders and 5-16 days international.
  • All items shipped are packaged with the top quality shipping supplies, such as bubble wrap, double layered cardboard, and ultra strong shipping tape to ensure the packages safe arrival
  • If in the unfortunate situation your package happens to get lost by postal service, or it arrives damaged, we will be happy to investigate and create a claim with the postal service



PolkTheArtist wants all customers to be happy and beyond satisfied of every purchase. If for some reason your item arrives damaged we would be happy to send you another item at no additional cost, once the insurance claim is complete. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE:

  • Custom orders (Shoes, Clothes, Paintings etc)
  • Signed Prints
  • Original Paintings

In particular circumstances, a partial refund or full refund may be provided solely on the discretion of the artist.
